Shipping Policy

(1) Shipping Policy
1a. Fruitbuzz Asia Plantation Sdn. Bhd can only send orders to street addresses in West Malaysia. We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses. We will make a proper announcement when it’s ready to ship to East Malaysia.

1b. Shipping to international addresses is not available at this moment.

1c. By signing, you agree that you have inspected the packing of the parcel and have ensured that the seal is not damaged.

1d. Should the seal be broken, please check the contents of the parcel and you may refuse to sign for the parcel.

1e. If you are not at home to receive your purchased order, please log in to your account or the courier website to track the status of your shipment.

1f. Should the order be unable to be delivered to you successfully after 2 attempts (or any stipulated number of attempts by the appointed logistics provider) or you do not pick up your order at a nearby location as stated by the courier, the order may be forfeited and we will not refund you any amount that you have spent on your order.

1g. We deliver all orders using our standard packaging materials. We do not provide any special packaging at this moment.

1h. We are only able to deliver to one address per order. If you would like to deliver to multiple addresses, please place each order separately for each unique address.
 

 
(2) Payment Terms
2a. We accept all payment by Visa, MasterCard and Online Transfer, subject to bank availability. Fruitbuzz shall not be liable for any credit card or debit card

2b. All product prices listed are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM).

2c. Full payment in respect of an order must be made upon the placing of the order. If your payment cannot be processed, the order will be not be accepted and you are advised to contact your card or bank account issuer to resolve any problem concerning the use of your credit card in order to continue with the order.

2d. Fruitbuzz reserves the right to change the payment terms of any order without prior notice.

2e. If payment for any order has already been made but the order is not accepted by us, you will be entitled to a refund, depending on the period of time your financial institution needs to arrange the refund. We shall not be liable with respect to any loss, damage, and cost or expense that you or any person may incur as a result of any delay in your financial institution processing the said refund.

2g. Our payment information are usually collected, processes and stored directly by our third-party payment provides pursuant to their terms of use and privacy policies.

However, we will only collect your bank account details in the event we need to process refund back to your account.


(3) Shipping Charges
3a. Fruitbuzz Asia Plantation Sdn. Bhd charges a standard shipping & handling fee of RM8 (West Malaysia), for the first 0.4kg (400g) orders.

3b. Every subsequent KG following the first 1 will be charged a standard rate which subjects to our delivery rate card based on the delivery address.

3c. Customer may opt to pay a higher transaction fee should you desire express delivery options or delivery of items exceeding certain designated dimensions or weight. At the moment, express delivery is not available.

3d. Strictly no refunds for any shipping & handling charges.

3e. We strive to deliver your purchased products within the shortest time possible. All orders are processed as soon as the transaction is confirmed. All orders are dispatched and delivered by our designated courier from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. (There are possibilities that the courier delivers during weekends, they will contact you before arrival).

3f. "Free Shipping Promotion" will only be eligible for orders placed on www.fruitbuzzasia.com with the delivery addresses limited to West Malaysia, only applicable during a specific promotion. Not applicable to daily orders.

3g. Fruitbuzz Asia Plantation Sdn. Bhd reserves the right to alter these conditions at any time.
 

 
(4) Standard Delivery Lead Time
4a. Confirmed orders will be shipped out from our warehouse within 1 - 3 business day(s) if they are placed before 12:00 pm, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

4b. Aside from public holidays, orders placed on Friday after 12:00 pm and over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday and shipped out from our warehouse within 1 - 3 business day(s).

4c. Delivery ETA (Expected Time of Arrival) is as follows:

West Malaysia: 4 7 working days for your order to arrive.

4d. Delivery to rural or remote areas may require an additional of 2 3 working days.


(5) Delivery of goods
6a. Fruitbuzz shall deliver the products to the delivery address specified which keyed in by you on the order form. However, we will not be liable to you for loss you or any third party suffers for a delay or failure to process your Order or deliver Goods due to inaccurate or incomplete details provided in Order.


6b. Your order will be delivered to you via courier Service Company or driver(s) appointed by us. We aim to deliver within the timeframe indicated below, but we are not able to guarantee any firm delivery dates upon order and to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be held responsible if the goods delivery time and process is delayed even after the delivery date has been quoted.
